2013 Fantasy Baseball Daily Fix: June 14th

Today I’m playing a $1 Double Up contest. Half of the 50 participants will earn a little bit of money so it’s a very likely payout. Don’t forget to claim your deposit bonus when you sign up at DraftKings.

DraftKings also has an exclusive contest for Fix readers this Friday. There are 50 slots available for just a $5 entry fee. The top two finishers get free entries into Friday’s Punch Out Contest. Entries for that contest are usually $200, and the payout is a whopping $100,000. Those who finish 3-10 will win $10, and those who finish 11-20 will win $5. Click here to join the contest.

Thursday Recap

The Denver Post reported Troy Tulowitzki will miss 4-6 weeks after breaking a rib in Thursday’s game. Carlos Gonzalez and Dexter Fowler also left the game due to injuries, but both players are not expected to miss much time. The Rockies are expected to call up 24-year-old Josh Rutledge, who hit five homers and stole five bases earlier in the season before being sent down to Triple-A. Rutledge should be an add in all leagues if he does get called up.
