With the last real night (two games don’t count) of DFS NBA upon us before the All Star break, I’m going to switch it up a little bit. You guys can hit me up on twitter or comment here and let me know what style you like more, but I wanted to try something new. I’m going to post players based off their prices and even tell you what kind of option they are (GPP or cash). Let’s get right to DraftKings’ top plays tonight!

$8,000-Max Salary

Stephen Curry ($10,400) didn’t put up the 50+ fantasy points I wanted against the 76ers, but he did only play 27 minutes. I suspect against the Heat that he’ll have no trouble playing a full game’s worth of minutes. If that’s the case then he’s a great option with how efficient he has been lately. In his last three games, he’s shooting 30 for 50 from the field (60%) and hasn’t posted less than eight assists in each game. Against the Heat earlier in the season, Curry posted a ridiculous stat line of 36/2/12 and 64 fantasy points. Cash and GPP

Andre Drummond’s ($8,000) offensive skills are pretty lacking, but he can do one thing better than almost anyone else in the NBA: rebound. Against the Cavs without Anderson Varejao, he should have no trouble grabbing boards. He has posted double digits in rebounds in eight of his last ten games, and had 11 versus the Cavs earlier in the season. DeMarcus Cousins just had a “lame” double double last night versus them, but I expect more fantasy points due to the fact that DMC really wasn’t that active for a long stretch of the game. Chris Paul ($8,800) is almost 9k on DraftKings and we probably won’t see him go any cheaper the rest of the season. When he goes up against the Trail Blazers tonight, he’ll be amidst a great matchup. What we have to figure out is his minutes. If he plays 30+ minutes then I love him to go for 45+. Scour twitter for this kind of info, but if I had to guess it would be that he gets 35+ minutes tonight. The 76ers game was a nice return and he hurt his shoulder, so it’s not like he isn’t conditioned. GPP

$6,000-$7,900

Rajon Rondo ($6,500) is severely underpriced for his skill sets and matchup tonight. He’ll be facing the backup point guard for the Spurs and it should allow for a closer game with no Parker. In his last three games, he has posted 48, 38, and 47 fantasy points due to two double doubles. He has come very close to two triple doubles as well. The guy does a bit of everything and even shot the three well against the Mavs well the other night making three out of six. GPP and Cash

Gordon Hayward ($7,000) had himself a nice game against the Lakers and finds himself with another great matchup tonight against the 76ers. I’m weary of playing him because of his drop in shots lately, but with that matchup it’s tough to avoid. He seems to be doing a bit more of everything, so at least if he’s not going to shoot 15+ times he’s passing it well. In his last two games, he’s averaging 12 points, eight rebounds, nine asssits, and two steals. I can imagine him doing all of the above against the 76ers who should receive a win if they just keep the game within 20 points each night. GPP and Cash

Jamal Crawford ($6,400) is a straight shooter, but he’s been assisting his teammates lately. Because of this, he’s been putting up 30+ fantasy points at a nice rate. In his last five games, he has posted 30+ in four games. He’s averaging just under 15 shots per game and 23 points. If he is guarded by Batum tonight then we could be in trouble, but usually he’s been guarding the other team’s point guard. Chris Paul can handle that, but a guy like Crawford doesn’t need that kind of nagging.  Cash

$4,500- $5,900

Marvin Williams ($4,500) didn’t do as expected last night, but he did have a great start. He only played 22 minutes, so that makes me uneasy going into a night with 12 games. He did still put up 19 fantasy points, so if he can get back to his 28-30 minutes then he’ll be fine against the 76ers. GPP and Cash

Zaza Pachulia ($4,600) should have no trouble seeing big minutes tonight with guys like Ilyasova, Sanders, and Udoh all questionable or out tonight. Pachulia has played great since the Sanders injury two games ago. He’s averaging 30 minutes a game with a line of 10/9/4. Those kinds of numbers are nice for the price and with all those injuries it seems like he’s lock for 30+ minutes tonight. GPP and Cash

Dion Waiters ($5,300) is benefitting from the Cavs wanting to unload him before the trading deadline. His gain is also our gain as he is still at a low price. Waiters has taken on more minutes lately (33 minutes per game) and shots (18 shots per game). With all of this extra shooting, he has provided 31+ fantasy points in three straight games. Against the Pistons tonight, I suspect he’ll score at will against a defense that isn’t that strong. GPP and Cash

The Rest

Courtney Lee ($4,300) is back on the list again, but I won’t waste your time with him. You know the deal. Lee scored 13 points last night to give him five straight games of 10+ points and ended the night with 21 fantasy points. He has done that seven straight times. Cash

Chase Budinger ($3,300) had a slow first half in his last game, but picked it up to end with 15 points and seven rebounds. He now has posted 23+ fantasy points in two straight games mostly because of his five plus rebounds in each and 13 shots per game. Against the Nuggets, he should be a part of another up-tempo game and Budinger can only benefit from that kind of game.  GPP and Cash
