At quarterback, the most notable differences are Alan going all in on Philip Rivers ranking (#8) and Brett not seeming to be as worried about Colin Kaepernick (#6 v. #10). And both guys are unsurprisingly completely out on Matt Schaub against the Seahawks.

At running back, the guys seem to have a difference of opinion on what’s going on in Indianapolis. Alan has Richardson at 6 and Bradshaw at 40, while Brett apparently thinks it will be closer to an even split with Richardson at 14 and Bradshaw at 27. Alan is also much higher on Bilal Powell (#12) and Gio Bernard (#21), while Brett is a bit more hesitant (#20 and #33, respectively). Brett has Pierre Thomas as a serious flex option (#26), but it would have to be a deeper league for Alan to use Thomas (#33).

At receiver, Alan has Fitzgerald at #8, Brett has VJax at #8, and they each have the other ranked outside the top 20. Brett still thinks Anquan Boldin is for real (#14) and thinks Cecil Shorts has a breakout week (#18) while Alan has both outside his top 25. Alan apparently thinks this is the week Roddy White gets back to good with a top 20 ranking, but Brett has him just outside the top 30. And both think Denarius Moore is a very strong play this week, but Alan feel stronger about it with a ranking of 19 compared to Brett’s ranking of 26.

There isn’t a lot of disagreement at tight end, but Alan still has Jared Cook as a top ten option with Brett ranking him at 14. And both guys think Heath Miller is a clear top ten play back from injury.

Curious behind the reasoning having the Chiefs D so low? Lead the league in sacks, top 10 in interceptions and forced fumbles and second in points allowed. Add that with going against a team that has comm allowed the 4th most sacks and leads the league in turnovers.

Looks like the coding hasn’t caught up with my updates just yet. I have the Chiefs at 4 among D/ST options this week. The update should automatically kick down to this page any second now.
