Quarterbacks

Carson Palmer – ARZ
Injury- Shoulder
Palmer is officially listed as questionable but fully intends on playing in Week 5. Palmer was interviewed last week and said, “The plan is to be firing on all cylinders at least by Wednesday of next week.”

Teddy Bridgewater – MIN
Injury – Ankle
Bridgewater is listed as questionable heading in to Thursday night’s game. The quick turnaround may cause an issue. The good news is MRI results show no structural damage to his ankle. Monitor his status up to game time.

Derek Carr – OAK
Injury – Knee/Ankle
Carr suffered a sprained MCL and high ankle sprain in Sunday’s game in London. He is listed as questionable but should be considered doubtful if the injuries are as serious as reported. However, he does have a bye week to rest up.

Shaun Hill – STL
Injury – Thigh
Hill is listed as probable for Week 5 and is expected to be the starting QB when he returns.

Josh McCown
Injury – Thumb
McCown is listed as day-to-day, and this is a particularly difficult injury to gauge. He could be able to play next week, or he may require surgery and be out for an extended period of time. We should know a lot more later in the week.

Jake Locker
Injury – Wrist
Locker is listed as day-to-day. This one could really go either way, so closely monitor the situation heading in to Week 5.

Running Backs

Bernard Pierce – BAL
Injury – Thigh
Pierce says he was only held out for precautionary reasons and is listed as probable for Week 5.

DeAngelo Williams – CAR
Injury – Foot
Williams is listed as doubtful after injuring his foot on Sunday. It is very unlikely he will be able to go next week.

Jonathan Stewart – CAR
Injury – Knee
Stewart is listed as day-to-day with a sprained right knee. He will be re-evaluated this week but is a longshot to play this week.

Fozzy Whitaker -CAR
Injury – Quadriceps
Whitaker is listed as day-to-day and is expected to try to practice on Wednesday. We should know a lot more after that. Whitaker’s health is surprisingly relevant with all the injuries to the Panthers’ RBs.

Ben Tate – CLE
Injury – Knee
Tate is listed as questionable for Week 5 and is just that. How he practices this week will likely determine his availability.

Joique Bell – DET
Injury – Concussion
Bell suffered a concussion Sunday against the Jets, and will have to pass league protocol before he is eligible to return.

Theo Riddick – DET
Injury – Hamstring
Riddick was forced out of Sunday’s game with a hamstring injury and is officially listed as questionable for Week 5.

Ahmad Bradshaw – IND
Injury – Ankle
Bradshaw was forced out of Sunday’s game with an ankle injury but was able to return. However, he was spotted in a walking boot after the game. He says it was just precautionary.

Joe McKnight – KC
Injury – Achilles
McKnight will miss the rest of the season after rupturing his Achilles last week in practice.

Mark Ingram – NO
Injury – Hand
Ingram is listed as day-to-day but is not expected to return until Week 7.

Wide Receivers

Jarrett Boykin – GB
Injury – Knee/Groin
Boykin is officially listed as day-to-day heading in to Week 5.

Marqise Lee – JAX
Injury – Hamstring
There is no official status for Lee heading in to next week, however, it does not look overly promising for him.

Odell Beckham – NYG
Injury – Hamstring
Finally some positive news for the Giants’ first round pick. Beckham returned to practice on Monday but remains very questionable for Week 5.

David Nelson – NYJ
Injury- Ankle
Nelson injured his ankle Sunday against the Lions and was not able to return. He is questionable for Week 5.

Josh Huff – PHI
Injury – Shoulder
Huff was inactive once again this week and is now listed as day-to-day.

Mike Evans – TB
Injury – Groin
Evans will miss at least two or three weeks after injuring his groin on Sunday. He has already been ruled out for Week 5.

Tight Ends

Joseph Fauria – DET
Injury – Ankle
Fauria missed Sunday’s game and is questionable for Week 5 after sustaining an ankle injury at home last week.

Vernon Davis – SF
Injury – Back
Davis was forced out of Sunday’s games with back spasms. He claims he is not worried about it and will be alright. He is officially listed as questionable for next week.

Vance McDonald – SF
Injury – Knee
McDonald is listed as day-to-day with a knee injury.

Taylor Thompson – TEN
Injury – Knee
Thompson is listed as day-to-day with a knee injury

Zach Miller – SEA
Injury – Ankle
Miller underwent surgery on his injured ankle and will miss a minimum of two games.

Jordan Reed – WAS
Injury – Hamstring
Reed is hopeful he can return to action this week for the Redskins. Still, he is considered questionable.

Niles Paul – WAS
Injury – Concussion
Paul suffered a concussion Thursday night and will have to pass league protocol before returning to action. The extended break could be enough time to allow him to return without missing any time. He is officially listed as questionable.

Note: Any player that is listed as probable, played Week 4, and did not sustain an injury in the game, will not appear on the list.
