It’s the last day of August which means football is here. Fortunately at Draft Kings, for those of us that are fantasy baseball junkies, the daily gaming action is still going strong. This is the last day before players begin to start getting really cheap, that is, September call-ups are imminent as rosters expand in a day. That will make the weekend fill-ins nice cheap fantasy options. Unfortunately, that doesn’t kick in until tomorrow.

Wind factors: 13 mph winds blowing out to left field are expected in the BAL @ NYY game; there are no left-handed pitchers in this matchup so home run output likely won’t jump more than normal in Yankee Stadium. In fact, power to right field might decrease a bit thanks to the wind knocking down quite a few balls.

Jacoby Ellsbury is 4-7 against White Sox starter John Danks in his career.

Victor Martinez hits .500/.550/.833 against Indians starter Scott Kazmir in 18 career at-bats.

Brandon Barnes is 4-6 against Mariners starter Joe Saunders. Of those four hits, one was a triple and one was a home run. Also, Barnes is hitting .282 against LHP as opposed to .218 against RHP.

Aaron Hill is 6-12 against Giants starter Ryan Vogelsong.
