Two separate things are true about Loganville, GA outfielder Clint Frazier: he is, almost, universally rated as a top 5 prospect in this year’s draft and he is, in my opinion, very underrated. Everyone in the baseball draft media seems like to like Clint Frazier, but no one loves him.
