Breaking News: Tiger’s Justin Verlander Throws No-Hitter Against Blue Jays

Justin Verlander has done it again. Saturday afternoon Verlander no-hit the Toronto Blue Jays and was 1 walk away from a perfect game. Verlander also threw a no-hitter in 2007 against Milwaukee. This was the 7th no-hitter in Tiger’s history.
Earlier in the week Francisco Liriano pitched a no-hitter against the White Sox, but dished out 6 walks.
On a side note, Yovani Gallardo also dominated today, pitching a 1-hitter in 8-innings against St. Louis.
