It’s also no surprise that the top two rookies were Andrew Luck and Doug Martin, the other two must-starts I listed.

 Luck threw for 227 yards and didn't throw for any scores, but ran in two touchdowns for another solid fantasy day with 18 points in standard leagues. Martin ran for just 68 yards, but added 51 on receptions for a respectable 11 points.

Beyond that, yuck. Here's a look at some of the rookies who struggled last week and some on the rise to determine what to expect the rest of the year.

 Kendall Wright, Tennessee: With Randall Cobb on a bye and Antonio Brown hurt, I had to play Wright and was thrilled when he caught a 9-yard touchdown pass in the first quarter. However, that was he end of his production as he did not have another catch all day. He’s not a receiver to count on right now as he had not gone over 71 receiving yards in a game this season.

Mohamed Sanu, Cincinnati: He had his best day of the year with four catches for 47 yards and a touchdown, but he’s only had a catch in three games so keep him on a watch list to see if he comes on late in the year, but not worth a pick up yet.

Lance Dunbar, Dallas: He’s a decent pick-up in deeper leagues with DeMarco Murray still out. He got six carries for 20 yards backing up Felix Jones, and it is always nice to have Jones’ back-up because of his struggles to stay healthy and produce.

Daryl Richardson, St. Louis: He continues to run well in limited work as he went over 50 yards on seven carries for the second year in a row. The bad news is that the Rams seemed to re-commit to Steven Jackson, who had 29 carries so Richardson will not likely get a boost in his workload anytime soon.
