Colin Kaepernick (QB | San Francisco 49ers | one percent owned in Y!) We already know that Michael Vick will be out this coming Sunday for the Eagles’ contest against the Redskins, giving fantasy owners a reason to target Nick Foles on the waiver wire. But for those who may not have a chance to grab Foles, you may want to give the 49ers’ exciting, second-year signal caller out of Nevada a look. He’s a dual-threat quarterback that will get you both yards on the ground and in the air. This week, Kaepernick was 11-of-17 for 117 yards through the air and added 8 rushes for 66 yards and a touchdown on the ground. His week 11 matchup against the Bears isn’t exactly favorable and his status for that very game depends on how Alex Smith progresses through practice this week. I’d be adding both Foles and Kaepernick in 14-team and deepers leagues, keeper leagues and definitely in two-quarterback leagues.

Beanie Wells ( RB | Arizona Cardinals | 20 percent owned in Y!) Wells is expected to rejoin the team for practice this week and is eligible to return to game action on November 25th against the Rams. Football Outsiders indicates that the Cardinals have the third toughest remaining schedule, so I’d only be adding Wells if you’re a desperate owner looking for a hail mary in a few weeks.

Marcel Reece ( RB | Oakland Raiders | 33 percent owned in Y!) It was in fact Reece — not Taiwan Jones — who got most of the work out of the Raiders’ backfield in Sunday’s loss to the Ravens. Reece took more than half of the team’s carries (13-of-24) for 48 yards while adding seven receptions on a team-leading nine targets for an additional 56 yards. We know that Darren McFadden is a slow healer, so I’d make sure Reece is owned in your league, especially those that reward points-per-reception.

Golden Tate ( WR | Seattle Seahawks | 23 percent owned in Y!) Tate hauled in both passes Russell Wilson tossed his way on Sunday for 56 yards and one score. He also added a touchdown pass, but it wasn’t exactly pretty, so don’t expect any more of those. Over the past three weeks, Tate has reeled in 13 passes on 15 targets for 153 yards and three scores. Tate should be owned in 12-team and deeper leagues as well as those that start three pass catchers.

Danario Alexander (WR | San Diego Chargers | five percent owned in Y!) Kevin discussed Alexander in this week’s “Gold Mine,” so check out what he had to say here. But, yes, make the add in all leagues ten teams and deeper.

Scott Chandler (TE | Buffalo Bills | 35 percent owned in Y!) Chandler has been able to snag 27 passes on 47 targets for five touchdowns through ten weeks. He hasn’t exactly been the poster child for consistency, but outside of the top three tight ends, who has been? The Bills face a Dolphins team in week 11 who are giving up about 7.10 points per week to opposing tight ends. Despite the not-so-favorable matchup, I’d give Chandler a look knowing that one of the most important offensive weapons for the Bills — Fred Jackson — has already been ruled out for Thursday’s game.

Cincinnati (D/ST | 18 percent owned Y!) The Bengals face off against the Chiefs in week 11 who are the most generous team to opposing defenses at 15.0 points/game. As long as Matt Cassel is at the helm in Kansas City, I will be starting the opposing team’s defense with confidence.
